Ahh...I thought you only had heat on one side. Even though you hear the motors operating the actuators may not be functioning properly. If bleeding doesn't fix it I'd focus on the HVAC controls and related components.

OK... All the air is out. Now I think I have located the problem. top line to heater core is HOT and the lower luke warm. So the juice isn't flowing thru the core correctly. Question? what cleaner will disolve the old DEX. I am sure it is hanging out in the core. once I flush the core and clean I am hope it will heat. I did have luke warm heat for a bit then it was gone.
Anybody know of a cleaner?
Thanks again all...

You could try the "Radiator" flushes sold at the parts store. They are to aid in removing scale, crud and debris from radiator. I'm sure the same applies to the heater core.
I know a guy that removed that powdery "stop leak" crap from a plugged heater core with Drano. BUT, if you use Drano, you do NOT want that in the rest of the cooling system. What he did was disconnect the heat hoses and poured Drano in one hoes and then used the garden hose to force water through the core itself. It took a few passes, but he got it to the point that water was free flowing out the other end. Once done pouring Drano in, run a LOT of water through the core to help ensure ALL Drano is removed.
Then, reconnect hoses, refill the cooling system and re-bleed it.
