I replaced with NGK iridiums because I heard about bosch issues with these engines. And Wide open throttle makes sense lol. I'm gonna get the fuel pressure regulator tested shortly, just cleaned my K&N and can say it was severely plugged. Looks like when they cleaned the car for my purchase they sprayed something that coated it as well. It's all clean now so hoping that helps some

So cleaned my k&n and sensors etc and issue still persists. Going to try and get fuel pressure regulator tested tomorrow and possibly look at a new coil pack. Any other suggestions or is that my best route to take right now?

If it is specific to a cylinder, I would swap the injector with another injector.

The FPR and other fueling issues are more common to throw a p0300 which is random misfire.

If this is cylinder specific swap some stuff around and see if the code follows.

Ok had the codes read today and was a p0300b misfire along with multiple misfire detection. Would I be right then in assuming it's likely to be my coil pack is failing under load?

Nope like chibi said, thats more likely a bigger fueling issue.

I also had a p1133b code pop up on the first scan as well, could a bad 02 cause issues like this?
