04 monte carlo ac stays on

Default 04 monte carlo ac stays on
My 04 Monte Carlo SS ac stays on. With the ac switch on or off no matter where the vent selector **** is set . I took it to the dealer and they said it is workingnormally,they are crazy because I can see that the compressor is not disengaging. Any help or ideas will be appreciated

Yep,
I had an 03 Monte SS....... Body control Module controls the a/c. So you might what to start there.....
