04 LS headlight issues
Hi everyone. Working on son's 04 Monte Carlo LS. Had issues with turn signals both flashing at the same time. After a few searches and youtube videos we replaced the hazzard switch in the dashboard. Long story short that didn't fix the problem. Seen a video of a guy that had same issues and he had replaced both the MFS & hazzard and still had issues with both turn signals flashing when activated. His resolution was actual a bad ground wire on the core support by the drivers side headlight.
That is what I found also. Easy fix, yay! It was 9pm, son went to back the car out of the garage auto headlights came on then with in a few secs went out and now do not come back on no matter what. :-( So, before I order a new MFS any other suggestions that I should consider? Headlight swich itself? Seen a few posts here about burnt contacts on the connector. Going to look at my ground repair again also.
Thanks!

Can you manually activate the headlights? If so, just taking a shot in the dark (no pun intended), I am thinking an issue with the sensor in the front of the dash that controls the automatic head lights. Again, just a guess. I am not certain the best way to test if that is it or not.
