Default 03 Monte has sat for 2 years.. need some advice!

The love of my life has sat for 2 years and been neglected other than being started a few times. Got a couple problems now.. hoping someone could shred some insight to what i can do to fix it.

1) theres a leak somewhere in my car, theres water on the passenger floorboard and mold has formed in my car.
2) my grandpa went and started my car a while back and the key is stuck in the ignition.. it wont fully turn off and i think thats why the key wont come out, and of course the battery is dieing immediately afterwords.

and
3) this was happening before it sat for 2 years.. after it would heat up it would be hard trying to shift it into drive from park and vice versa.. But not while it was cold.. And sometimes it would shift hard untill i turned the car off and back on..

I realize i shouldn't have let it sit that long, but it was definitely my choice! and im on a budget so if its gonna be an expensive fix.. break it to me easy >.<

thanks for any help guys.

#1 might possibly be a leaking heater core

problem #1. click on the link below.

Problem #2. Try turning the steering wheel one way or the other while you turn the key to the off position. I know the key sometimes gets jammed when the wheel is turned too far, and makes it feel as though the ignition is screwed up.

problem #3. It might not be a bad idea to change your transmissions filter and fluid. How many miles on the car and has the service already been done before?
