Default 2000 Monte SS, ABS/Traction light on. Need some advice

Got the ABS code read an it is this:

I took off the front two wheels and Everything looked fine, no frayed wires or anything.
Is this something on the actual ABS module under the hood?

Found this while googling..

GM Corporate Bulletin 00-06-04-049B
This Bulletin covers a problem that can cause multiple failures, one of which is an Antilock brake problem, and covers 2000-2003 Impala and Monte Carlo built prior to 2/03.
Check to make sure the wiring harness adjacent to the AC accumulator/dryer is not rubbing against the ac accumulator chaffing through the insulation of the wires in the harness.

My tire monitor has been going off even when the tire is fine. I wasn't aware that the traction control, anti lock brakes, and tire inflation monitor all use wheel speed sensor input.

I believe it might be under the air box.
