01 Monte Security And Starting Issues.
Wow... quite a history. I'm sorry I can't help translate that mess. Beyond my knowledge.
If it was just the no-start condition w/Security light on / flashing, I'd think a Passlock security system malfunction (very common). But not with all the other issues. Could be as simple as a bad ground; ghost electrical issues often are caused by bad ground connections. But could be something more serious malfunctioning (PCM?).
Hopefully someone with more smarts than me will see this and have an idea.
