“Service Vehicle Soon” light is on
Hi Group,
my 16yr old recently purchased a 2002 Monte Carlo SS - The “Service Vehicle Soon” light is on - The car runs fine - idles smooth, has 75,000 on the odometer. I’ve tried to pull the codes with an OBDII reader - however, it says no codes found? I’ve tried to clear the code but it doesn’t clear.. I am trying not to spend a ton just to figure it out.. any advice?

"Service Vehicle" is usually a body/chassis topic. Such as a ABS wheel speed sensor. Not all scan tools read that system, as they are usually meant for "Service Engine" codes. Might be worth taking it to parts store as they normally offer to read the codes for free.
