Do you have any photo editing programs? You have to resample your picture to somewhere about 1.5 megabytes to be safe.
I'm not familiar if MS PCPaint can resample. I use Corel Photopaint and it is very easy to resize the picture.

you can also do it in your windows program with the basic photo veiwer on it.
But i havent done it for so long tha ti cant remeber how to .
i have the photo shop CS3 so i dont even think of messing with the Windows programs

In MS Paint, select Image>Attributes to see how big it is. It needs to be less than 145 X 145.
Then goto Image>Stretch/Skew and guestimate the percentage that you need to bring it down to.
Once you get close, you can possibly chop off a bit that you don't need. I took a 640 x 480 cell phone pic and had it up under 5 min just guessing all the way. The pic will be about 2 inch by 2 inch when you are done.
