How to make local Monte owners aware of MCF?
I don't see a lot of Montes around, but with the 6th/7th Gens it's mostly the "just another car" type of deal. Most 5th Gens I see are beat to hell so it's always nice to see them in good condition. I agree though, people with enough interest in their car, and to the Forum, will find their way here. Those people that view their Monte Carlo as more than "just a car".
Anyone ever thought of a plate frame?
I wouldn't want it as a sticker. Seeing 'montecarloforum.com' as a sticker is just too long.
-edit: unless if it was a big sticker, on the top of the rear window.

I proudly display it on my chest thanks to Rick!

I still have yet to get decals for the 6th gen, I have one on my 4th gen and tool box too bad not many people see those at the moment
A flyer or even buisness cards for that fact would be good for people attending carshows, most shows I have gone to you see flyers for othershows ect that have been placed on the driver seats, so when you see a nice Monte just drop one on the seat

Yes, alot of the time you will run into the "it is just another car" but on the sidenote...you could run into someone who enjoys the car but does not realize that there is a big, friendly group of people that enjoy working or fixing up their rides.
Lets be honest, out of the 100's of internet car clubs how many of them are truely friendly? (with this one not counted) You can probably count the number of friendly car clubs on one hand. Personally, if someone put something on my car about joining a car club....I would be very careful about doing so because of the bad rep the others have and since I have found this one...why would I want to go someplace else. :P But keep trying because there are people out there that want a friendly car club and do not know we exist

I belong to a Chevelle club here in Minn. NORTHSTAR CHEVELLE CLUB. At car shows or car cruise's. A couple of us officers would go around and put our courtesy card under the wiper or on the front seat. Or if the owner was around. We'd hand it to one of them. Got quite a few new members that way. But were not just an one line club either. Were from all over the state of Minnesota
BUT! I like that idea of putting a courtesy card in or under the wiper or in the car. Cheaper by far. Then putting a MONTECARLOFORUM.COM......Sticker on their car and walking away
I know that for a fact
