Hi guys. Well im faced with another problem. Apparently my carb that i have on my 350 the stock quadra jet is really messed up. i get 100 miles to the tank. I would appreciate any suggestion right about now. i was thinking of getting a new carb all together. can you guys recommend anything.

 

are you getting any check engine lights? do you have all sensor hooked up correctly and are you still running the computer? the quadrajet is a great carb if it is taken care of and tuned correctly. also what are you engine specs?

 

you may need to just get the carb rebuilt... like chuck said the quadrajet was about the best gm carb but you have to treat her nice.... you can go onto autozone's site and they have some awesome tips for each vechicle on adjusting the carb and setting all mixtures... could be something as simple as a piece of debris holding the 4bbl open slightly at all times or a clogged vaccum line
