I have an 07 with the basic stock system. I want to put 4 ohm 6x9 kickers in place the stock 6x9's. I'm just wondering if the stock deck will be able to handle it.

 

It won't be a problem, but the Kickers probably won't be as loud since they won't be getting as much power as the factory speakers did....although they will likely sound cleaner but you'll have to turn the volume **** higher than before to get the same volume.
