My first suggestion would be don't buy those front speakers. Get component speakers, it's completely worth the extra money especially considering you have factory components. Alpine Type X components are a very good set of speakers for the money.
Those subs are ok, but you might also consider the Alpine Type R as an alternative if you're interested.
Are you wanting to amp your speakers too, or just the subs? For the subs you chose, look for an amp that does 1000-1200 watts RMS at 1 ohm. Two options:

As for the headunit, just look at all the headunits in your price range from reputable brands like Pioneer, Eclipse, Alpine, JVC, and Panasonic. Compare the features they offer and play with them in the store if you can. Pick the one that suits you best based on features you want and what you like in terms of menu layout and ease of use.

Im with DBL on this one.... pass up the rockford subs.... there not great by ne means, I had a set and they don't even compare to MTX, and also go with component in the front too, it is worth it. Thats a pretty good headunit, clarion you cant go wrong... never had one but heard good things!

Don't narrow your sights to just Rockford speakers. They're ok but nothing fantastic. Here's a set of components that are close to the price range you seem to be looking at.

For a little more, you can upgrade to a better tweeter.

That Hifonics amp will work, but it's class A/B so that'll be a huge draw on your electrical system running 1000 watts. Look for a class D sub amp because they're way more efficient so you'll have less headlight dimming on those loud hits. Here's a Hifonics class D amp that would work well for you.

With subs, you want them playing mono, so a mono amp is great because they're usually class D and high power. You wire both subs to the same channel on the amp, which is why two dual 4 ohm subs is a good choice because you can wire them to 1 ohm at the amp. A two channel will work, but it's kind of a waste because they'll still be playing mono and if it's not class D it's a lot less efficient.
I know what it's like building your first system and wanting all the brands to match. I've been there, my first system was all Pioneer equipment. You eventually learn that trying to stick with one brand can limit your systems potential.
And like mak said, posting up a budget would help so we don't recomend stuff you can't afford.

Is your Profile amp the AP1000? If so, in reality it's a 480 watt amp and does 240 watts RMS per channel, so it's about half as powerfull as you'd really want. You'll have a pretty hard time finding a real 1000 watt amp for $150 unless you go used.
Look at RMS ratings for amps and speakers, they're the ones that are important. Max ratings are meaningless and you should totally ignore them.
