i have a 2000 ss that had subs hooked up with an amp and cross fade, im not much of an audio guy either, i had to disconnect the subs and once i removed them i got no sound from my speakers. radio still illuminates. just once i disconnected them it stopped working, wondering if theres a simple fix for this. i just want to have a radio with no subs, let me know if you have an idea of what this could be, id appreciate it!!

 

What did you actually disconnect?

 

Do you have an aftermarket radio or the oem one? It also depends on what you unplugged and where.

 

i had everyhing disconnected. but the first set up i had with the car was terrible, i rewired yesterday a way simpler way and it sounds just as good. got it guys, thanks though!!
