Default RosDaddys 2004 SS Big Bad Bass Blasting Build

im going to start the build cause right now the first step is in progress. currently im systemless until its done so its gonna happen fast cause i hate not having a system even for a week

Current System

Electrical- 1 poopy capacitor (cost me 15bucks)
Subwoofer- 1 FI audio Q 12inch with BP flex dual 2ohm (rated around 1300rms
Amplifier(SOLD) - Kenwood KAC-9103D 900rms at 2ohm 500rms at 4ohm some claim its 1ohm stable but dont trust it to try it
Head Unit- Stock
Door and Rear speakers- Stock
Box- 2.5cu ft box excluding port tuned to 28hz carpeted with white fur

Plans- in this order

Upgrade electrical, new amp, double din HU, fiberglassed box plus trunk, Amplifier for regular speakers. and new speakers, maybe gonna fiberglass door panels

Progress
my monte is in my friends electrical shop right now getting an alternator upgrade. its getting upgraded from a 103amp alt to a 210amp alt. the stock 103 alts put out about 50ish amps at idle and my new one is gonna put out 105 at idle and the full 210 at 1200rpm.

Im buying a second battery for the trunk tomorrow or sunday, and im in the process of buying a sundown audio SAE 1200D.

I just made some cash building a system for a co worker and allso sold him my kac-9103d to go with it i have some pics that ill upload of his finished system allso some pics of when the amp was in my car.

Stay tuned everyone cause this system is gonna be straight wangggggin and ill include lots of pics and vids.

The alternators in and turned out better than expected. we were able to draw 230 amps out of the alternator while still maintaining 14volts. allso while i was in there i attempted to tint my windows. for the first time ever ever tinting windows i think i did pretty good. i got 3 windows tinted the 2 middles and the driver door but they all need to be re done but at least now i know what im doing. my tint turned out ok if u get up close u realize that i creased a corner in the middle window the other middle has a small opening in the corner and the doors corners pretty messed up but for a first attempt it was a great success. i would have worked on it more and at least finished but then i looked over and realized it was 1am and the shop owner fell asleep on the forklift and decided maybe another night lol anywhere heres a couple a picks.

When you lay tint, you lay it out on the outside of the window, cut it out and then stick it to the inside of the window.

yeah mrl390s correct about the window tint and when i went outside this morning there were some bubbles in 2 of the windows i attempted so ima re do them hopefully tommorrow. they said window tinting was an art form and it turns out it really is. No matter how slow and carefull i was some tiny small thing would mess up the whole thing but what can i say, practice makes perfect and thats just what ima do. practice practice practice. allso my hid 8000ks just came in the mail along with some led reverse lights so ima try and get that done tomar as well. i allso got some led turn signals coming but they havnt arrived yet.
