i have a 2001 monte carlo ls with a stock stereo system in it and i'm curious what the stock frequency response is for the speakers in the car and which ones provide the most boom.... i noticed that even the stock speakers have a great boom, but i'd like to replace them with the same size speakers, but lower frequency response and better wattage.

 

Im not real sure on the response levels for them but they are nto real great i know that much .

Go to crutchfeild and they will have the corret sizes for your application.

I normally will go out and find them on there an dread a few reviews then go to the stereo shop and do some digging to find somethign i like in the right sizes for the car
