Default No XM but I have On-Star...

All,
I got this car and was under the impression that XM and On-Star were 1 system but apparently, I soon learned that the car was ordered from the factory with JUST On-Star and no XM. I would like to upgrade this to get the XM in the car. I am told I need a tuner to make this happen. Any idea where I can get one? The dealer is rediculous- wanting over $600 to add it. They wouldn't give me the part number. I was gonna try to get the thing on E-bay or something.

Check crutchfield.com. I've used them for years; they're great, including technical assistance.
