I would say i'm shocked at the response, or lack thereof, from DC but I'd be lying. I highly suggest you get in touch with Matt at Mechman Alternators. His customer service is head and shoulders above and beyond what DC Power can even dream of and he makes one hell of an alternator too. If I remember right, his even do more amps at idle than DC. Don't even bother with Iraggi, that dude is about as dependable as a roll of wet toiler paper....but I think he's gotten out of the business though.

Just to clarify, please don't do business with DC Power unless you can walk in to the shop and get what you need right then and there. Other than that, only buy if you have no problem waiting as long as needed to get your alt....that could be anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 years. I'm not kidding about the 2 years either! I know a guy on SSA who paid for a 5 alt setup, including custom mounting bracket in the middle of February of 2009.....his alts and bracket just shipped out a week or two ago. Serious!! From the time he ordered until now he was told repeatedly that his order was going to ship, not only did that not happen, they wouldn't answer his calls/emails or let him know what was going on. Then he got tons of excuses (we're sick/going to SEMA/moving locations/etc.) Finally the guy had enough and aired them out on SSA a few months ago and was told in that thread a few different times his order was shipping out a particular day and it never happened until just a week or so ago.

Buyer beware!!

Updates coming soon. Im going to start some work on my amp rack soon. I need to drill holes for the wires, paint it black. Then Reinstall the amps including the Rockford Power T600-4, and the RE Bass Processor/Controller. Then will put in a few Blue LEDs.

My new Battery is already in pics soon.

Black Roof Rails need to be put in, Also have tinted reverse lights pics coming soon, Possible tint rear taillights? Also have plans for a painted engine cover(the lettering and ribs in black the rest in silver?)

Also getting a lower profile tire on front wheels, the 50s I have are way to tall. I know some of you will complain about this but Its for looks not performance. I decided to keep the 225 50 18s in rear and put 235 40 18s in the front... Also will take pics of this and will debut my drilled and slotted rotors at this time.

Should all be done by next sunday since its my first car show.
