Default New Radio, do or a dont

Ok so iv saved up some target giftcards and decided to go to target with my friends. Well lets just say i was talked into buying this radio for 110$
Now i havnt done any reasearch but i made sure that i could return the radio within 90 days.

Now im not sure how to install or even if i can install. so if anyone has any "how to" threads, plz share.
If its not possible to do, then its no big deal, ill just return it and get the cop radar:p
Here are some pics of the radio

My question is. Everything seems to be run through the radio, like all the smart stuff. like tire pressure, and other stuff. would i lose all those features?

nah its all still there, people that that myth to far. if use use the proper harness I can guarantee you, you wont have those issues. 2.5 years for me and not 1 hiccup. all the stuff can be easily reset with out the radio and its 10x easier anyway.

The only thing I lost was the chimes because of the way **I** hooked it up because personally I cant stand those chimes and now I can have the door open and car on and dont have all the dinging.
