New car stereo

Default New car stereo

I have an aftermarket kenwood stereo and i wanted to kno is it woth putting into my 2004 monte. How would you go about doing it. Is there a kit i can buy?

Sure its worth it. almost any aftermarket head unit is better than stock, the quality is greatly improved. the easiest way is to go to crutchfield.com and see everything that you would need. once you know what you need you can but it there or off ebay or some place like that. if you need a dash kit for the dash to compensate for the size of the h.u. go to Amazon.com and search for 04 monte carlo dash kits.

Definitely worth it if you want much improved SQ. If you don't know how to do it though I would suggest you take it to a good stereo shop and let them do it. As for an install kit, I highly suggest HUMount's flush mount kit like the one I have.
