Default Need a power source when car is off

I was wondering if anyone knows what fuse is constantly hot? Like power all the time even when the key isnt even in the ignition. I tried to use a test light to find one and had no luck.

If I am not mistaken, the power seats, dome lamps, brake lights and cigarette lighter are all hot with or without the key. But these may cause your head unit, if that is what you need it for, to have alternator noise and you have to tap the power before the fuse or it will blow from the extra current. For the last stereo I built, in a 98 Altima, I ran an 8 Gage wire from the battery to a 1 in 4 out splitter under the dash. Then ran 10 Gage to inline fuses to my 2 800w amps and head unit. And had an extra output just in case I decided to put a passive eq in the system. Ultimately, your be's bet is to run another wire from your battery or jumper/test terminals.
