missing pieces
the top pic i believe is called a ignition bezel or something like that.
the bottom pic is where the fog light switch would go
junk yard would be your best bet to source these parts cheap.

Your first pic is the Ignition cylinder trim bezel part number 10446064
Second pic is the Fog lamp switch location part number 10283833
Got these part numbers without a vin.... could always double check with a vin number.
