As of now my daytime running lights don't work and my low beams won't come on. They work for about 5 days then they don't. My radio goes in and out and my side mirrors don't work at all. When I get in the car I hear a high pitch, but low in volume hmmmmmmmmmmm... when the car is running. I checked my fuses and changed out my drl relay under the hood but my electrical system still does what it wants to do. Any ideas about what could be causing this? The person that I brought the car from did have a second amp and box hooked up, but my brother took those out. The wire to the box is still connected under the hood and to one of the speakers. I also have a service vehicle soon light on, so I might just have to take it to the dealership to get that checked out, but I would like to have some idea of what the problem.

 

has your car suffered any flooor damage? check your floor boards for leaks, look at your tirewells and your doors for any od moisture thats about all i can tell ya its either some kind of water damage or just some random computer glich or fry, either way it involves a machanic.

 

I've gotta wonder if your Body Controller is acting up.. I know it's hooked up to the radio and the headlights, but the mirrors? I thought that was a separate system. If there are any leaks from the windshield, then some of that water could've worked down the left side of the dash, and right into the BCM.

 

No leaks in the windshield. However I do have slight leak on the driver side door. Maybe that is the issue, but would that effect the radio and DRL lights?

 

That might explain why the mirrors don't work. But I'm not sure what else it could be..
