Tadd how did you attach the leather to the panels. They look great by the way.

i also want to know lol :p that piece covered in suede is a must for my monte

There are some painted parts. Under the steering wheel ( I just couldn't get the leather to hold on the contours) the nose plates where the door lock is (same reason) the painted parts are coated with satin clear coat so they are not to shiny. Every thing else is leather

You have to do a little at a time. For the door insets I used 3m spray adhesive. Glue, clamp in place by using a zip-tie (with the head cutoff) push in the inset crevase (traping the leather to clamp it down), let dry, heat the lose section with a hair dryer, streach and repeat the process.
The glove box door was much eaiser. BTW I re-did one door 5 times so you need tons of pationce. trick it prep of the surface you are gluing to and letting the glue dry just right on both surfaces before putting together

I want to do so many pieces now too. I dont know if i want red leather or black suede or both

Thanks guys.
Footnote here I took off the door panels and rear interior panels (eaiser to work on that way) The rear panel insets do snap off (you will see how once the panel is off) This made it much eaiser to work with. Wish i could come out to each of you and lend a hand. post pics if you do this.
