What alt do you have? I didn't look at the link you posted but is it basically a larger gauge wire that runs from the alt to the battery?

im curious about this thing also... but my alternator already charges my batteries at 14.6 volts... and i get 14.6 at my rear battery so im not sure if it would do me a whole lot of good unless it was more of a stabalizer or something..

here is my HO ALT I had it done in Portland Or.
You can see the Voltage booster plugged in in this pic it takes less than a couple min to put on

all I know is that was where i was at before I put the voltage booster on and what it did for me (system on full at 1800 idle 13.3 ) it Totally worked to get just a little more charge out of the system and when I am running my system at full power I don't dip below 14.1v (1800 rpm) ,Idle at 14.5v (system running at normal vol), and driving at 14.7v (system at normal vol)

that is what I thought 2 man it was worth a shot . I did read allot of reviews before I got it (because i did not think it would work )
and they all said it worked some .3v and as much as .7v to .9v v
The stage 2 does 1.v if I remember right and stage 3 is like 1.5v

i looked for reviews then i just said screw it. its cheap. its worth a shot! i dont want up to a .7 increase lol. that would suck. but anything could help i guess.. man at 1.5V increase your better off just running a external voltage adjuster

yes from what i know you would want a external voltage adjuster in that case I think any thing over 15v or 15.1

if you get the .7v increase and it is too much you can all ways just put it on at shows or as you know when you are driving you DTD Lights are on heat or ac power windows stereo is on etc ,etc. are on so that should keep you under 15v
