ok i am getting a hid kit for my 07 monte carlo lt and i wanted to know if anyone has done this install yet and could give me any tips and pointers...the car is super tight and hard to find good places to mount the ballast and also i saw that some kits have relays and some kits dont...do you have to have the relay.. and one more question would be the DRL'S, do you just remove the fuse for them or hoave to do something else to get ride of them i will be getting my kit soon and any help would be great...thanks

 

pull your whole light out when doing the intall...sometimes you just wanna keep it in to make it less of a hassle, but its alot easier to do the wiring and then put the bulb in not put the bulb in and then wire it

i mounted mine to the frame part right behind the headlight and there was enough clearance
