Default Help trying g to wire in Aftermarket stereo with out factory harness.

I have a 2002 Monte Carlo SS. The previous owner had cut out the factory wire harness and I'm trying to wire in the aftermarket radio that he had given up on doing.aparently. And it seems that the radio won't turn on and it's not getting power from somewhere and I'm wondering if anybody has anything that could help me get to the bottom of this situation. I've replaced all fuses. And there are the pink purple blue white black green with a white stripe black with a white stripe and grey with no where to hook up on the new stereo. Would the issue be these wires? Are these the factory amp wires?

Bypass all the factory wires except a hot 12v for memory and splice into somethibg like the ignition for the power on.

then just run wirr from your deck to the speakers
