Getting My Tint Put On.

yeah lol. the way it sounds the tint will peel right off with a heat gun like a sticker and just leave behind the glue residue he said. wont hurt the rear defroster at all he said. he has been doing window tint and car decal sets for 20+ years so my dad and i trust him a lot since he does things right and is really fussy on what he does and how he does his work.

That sounds good, just take your time and be patient, no need to rush the process..... Good luck and let me know how the kit works, I need it for my rear back glass that has been f'd up since I bought my car originally......

yeah lol i think i got a great deal then on $75, yeah u need to get urs tinted. im going 5% rears and 35% two fronts.

will do man, i went to two auto parts stores and they dont carry it so i have one more chance to find it tomorrow hopefully and will stip the old tint off next weekend and hopefully have new tint on by next friday.

yeah, i wanted to put 20% on the fronts but with the iowa law being 70% on the two fronts and me being 17 i think 35% is more than dark enough

I see this at Advance Auto, not sure if you have one near you and it's not a kit? It does have some good reviews!

yeah i went to advance auto like an hour ago and they didnt have anything like that at all, the guy said that 3m has a kit that comes with everything u need to take the glue off, if i cant find the kit i might just have to buy that and get some scotch bright pads.

I paid $280 for mine with a lifetime warranty. By the sounds of it I shoulda maybe shopped around...
