Default Front Right Speaker Crackling/Fading

Hello guys,
So today I noticed my front right speaker was crackling a bit with the radio on and/or muted. Further, when this happens, I noticed that the sound from that side also fades out (not completely but definitely gets quieter). Any ideas on what could be the problem? Blow/Soon to Blow speaker? Loose wire? I have a 2005 Monte Carlo with the factory amp in the trunk and an aftermarket head unit which was installed last year. Any help would be appreciated.

Update: The back right speaker was now doing the same thing, while the front right speaker was fine. Guess this means the speaker isn't blown. Also seems turning the car off and then on fixes the issue, at least for a while.
