Default Clicking sound from radio/dash

Ok guys here is the issue. I have been getting a clicking sound from my dash for over a month now. I think its coming from the radio it happens when I unarm the car as well as open the door and also at random times. It happened when I was sitting in the car so I took out the cd from the headunit and it stopped. But it still happens every day. Its quite loud and annoying. The Headunit I have is Pioneer App Radio 2. Anyone else have this issue?

sounds like there something wrong with the CD Player...

Does it only do it when the motor is running?started?

Maybe its actually the blend door actuator for your heat and ac?
Its also up in the dash around the radio area..

To see if it is the radio take out the fuse for the radio so it won't turn on. Then you can see if the noise is still there.
