CB Radio Recomendations
Hey there everyone,
I am kind of a Greenhorn around here, so I would like to start out by saying that you guys have an extremely detailed forum and I love the way things are set up.
Now that I am done with the butt kissing, I would like to ask if anyone in here has any recomendations for CB radio setups in a 2002 Monte Carlo SS. I do know that I would like to use a magnetic mount and to keep drilling holes in my car to a minimum. (Not exactly a huge fan of putting holes in something that I am still making payments on)
Parts lists *including best models of CBs* and general information about setting up the CB including best mounting locations would be greatly appreciated. If you have pictures those would be very nice to see as well.
Thank you all in advance!

10-4 Good Buddy
I don't have a CB Radio, but check back on your thread question to see what our Member's have & post about their unit and what works best for them...
Below is a site that you may want to check out on the subject...
10-4 ~> `out
CB Radios & CB Antennas - Cobra, Uniden, Wilson, K40 & Firestik
We work hard to set ourselves apart from other CB radio shops and believe you'll find Right Channel Radios is the best place to buy a CB radio online! ...

I have a Uniden PRO510XL mounted in that same tray in my '02 Monte and it fits beautifully. I hard-mounted it by removing the center console and using a drill to put mounting holes below the HVAC controls. I routed the wires along the floor underneath the door trim and into the trunk. If you look at my past posts I believe I put pictures of my whole setup.
