ok i have done alot of looking around at this and the thing i have figured out is that the cap doesnt help the sytem at all it just helps your electrical sytem not draw so much power at once and smooths it out. a battery is going to help the battery life and stabalize the output a little bit better(this is what i decided to do along with regrounding the battery) and and alt is like a fix it will bring your sytem more power but cost a whole lot more

Haha, but yeah, alt is the way to go. A high output alt will run you about as much as a Yellow top battery, maybe a little bit more, but not much.
