Aftermarket Deck questions
This isnt really monte carlo specific but i figured id ask anyways. I recently had a Panasonic deck installed and i want to hook up some subs. Well removing the deck requires two "keys" to unlock the deck. They slide in on the left and right sides. I did not recieve these when i had the deck installed. Is theres something i can use in place of these? or possibly does anyone know where i can purchase a set?
Thanks
Anthony

only place to get them is from panasonic for some reason installers dont want to give them to yo even though u pay for them they think you are going to go around stealing radios go to the place you had it installed at and they will normally just walk out the ad pop it loose for you
you can also bitch a fit and get them to giv eyou yours back. if they wont then you can look real hard at thiers and make a set most are flat steel and they have a hook on them of a bump.
but if you really want to make it easy on you. look how it is held in before you put it back in the car and make one that will pull it on the bench.
but they shoudl have came with the radio. if you get a hold of PAnisonic and tell them you didn tget them in your stereo they might send you a set
