2006 Monte Carlo radio install questions

Default 2006 Monte Carlo radio install questions

Im about to try to install a Pioneer AVH-P3300Bt in my 2006 monte carlo. but im wondering were the ingintion turn on is? do i wire it to the fuse box? and the dimmer. not to sure were to connect that to. a few comment would be helpful..

Install:
Pioneer AVH-P3300 BT -Headunit
Pac C2R- GM29 - Wiring harness to retain chimes
Dash kit -
antenna adapter

if you wanna go straight to the ignition harness its a large brown wire

ok ill look into that... what about the parking brake? theres a large light green wire that i belive hooks up to the parking brake... thats what im majorly hung up on.

Look for a bypass kit. You don't want to hobble your headunit's features just because the brake is off...

look for the bypass online, it takes a relay
