First off, who's to know if they have the right answer to begin with? It's called a forum, we sit here and discuss problems.

Second, you realize you are being not sooo friendly right? Kind of will have people who read this thread not even give a suggestion.

Third, you mention you replaced the Fuel Tank PRESSURE sensor. You realize that the system is returnless, so it can't have a lot of pressure in the system. The fuel gauge is NOT READ by using pressure. The pressure sensor will monitor your fuel system in your EVAP Startup Diagnostic test. And if it finds excessive pressure in your fuel tank it will force the system to purge. This has nothing to do with what your fuel gauge reads.

Fourth, read This Thread it is how to replace the SENDING UNIT, which is how your gauge gets its read-out regarding fuel levels. After this is replaced or looked at, and if the problem is still not fixed and you are sure it isn't the gauge itself we can think of more things to try.

Fifth, Have a good day.

wow, some people just can't accept other peoples suggestions. i've noticed that some newer members seem to be a little po'd with not getting the exact fix/info to their problems. take it to a mechanic and pay for the diagnostics fee instead of asking the forum for help. just my opinion........

I joined because I like the forum format, I also belong to the LS forum. To me it's a nice place to bounce ideas around and see if one works. Try getting your dealership to troubleshoot your problem over the phone or on line. Don't group all of us new guy's in with frustrated people with short tempers, and bad social skills, please.
