Removed because i found my own problem, the fuel tank pressure sensor has nothing to do with fuel gauge.

move your pinky right and turn off caps lock.

also, probably could be the sending unit. there's a nice thread on here about how to replace that easily.

I don't guess you read my post before reply. I said that i had replaced the fuel tank pressure sensor. I had no problem replacing it, that was not part of my question. Don't worry about my caps being on, and try not to be cute in replys that have no value.

My gas gauge actually did full back flips, loop de loops. full circles counter clockwise. It was the gauge cluster. It was covered under warranty, and they aren't cheap, AND you can NOT legally change out a cluster yourself. Check out this thread:

Depends on what your gauge is doing. Like I said, mine was spinning in complete circles. An OBVIOUS gauge issue. If the gauge is not responding, but otherwise working, (ie, no complete circles), then he is right, it probably IS the sending unit. Do you have the DIC? If so, does it read correctly? That's how I knew for sure mine was bad (other than it did back flips)

That may be true but if people don't have the correct answer they should not reply.
