Default 2001 Monte Carlo LS interior lights help!!!

I have been having problems with my interior lights for months now and no one seems to know what' wrong. My map lights and my done light don't work. It cant be the fuse because my floor lights work. My onstar works on the light and the bulbs all work (tried them on a different vehicle). Have anyone every experienced this or know what could be the problem it would be a big help...

Your map & dome lights are on a different circuit then your step/courtesy lights, so it could be a bad fuse causing your problem.

The fuse panel on the passenger side end of the dash has a fuse labeled TRK/ROOF/BRP. The dome light is on this circuit. IIRC the map lights are also on this circuit along with the trunk light.

The step/courtesy lights are on a circuit in the same panel labeled I/P BRP.
