00 monte door panel question
#2
their are 4 screws, 2 under the handle of the door, 1 in the sail panel (the top corner of the panel thats next to the A pillar) and theirs one next to the door lock and handle to open the door, that one comes out, and that entire peice is removed, everything snaps in, before you can take out the smaller panel the lock switch has to be removed and can be a pain, the window and miror switch are 2 different bodys, the windows are easy to remove, theirs a little tab when you reach around to pull on, than you push down with a steady force and it pops out. the other one, same concept, jsut harder to get out.
to remove the door panel, once all 4 screws are out, you simply pull it off from the bottom NOT THE TOP, the top just slides down onto clamps. you pick a corner, pry it till something pops, than work your way around, and one their all off, slide up to get off the clamps that hold the top on, and done and of course, the reverse to get it back on.
