Good evening everyone. Well I finally installed my HV3 and shorter dog bones. Took her out for a few pulls and let me tell you, there is a very noticeable hp gain especially after 5500rpm. She does however pull noticeably harder across the rpm range. The combination of the ER rockers and the HV3 has really woken her up. Many more ricers are now on the do not ignore list and fully on the engage list. Almost feel like pulling a V8 Mustang, almost. Getting Will to retune her this summer after the TB swop. All in all, I would highly recommend this mod. can't wait to take her out again tomorrow.

PS - The shorter dog bones definately control the slight pogo that the lowering springs were causing (also installed anti pogo washers at that time).

No kidding Mike... This is the first mod, although I have enjoyed them all, that made me say WOW, out loud... I am sure that it is a combined effect with the other mods, but still, WOW...

Im new to this mod. What exactly does it do. Ive seen it on zzperformance for 199 and it says it increases 30hp. But is it worth it. I have a 01 ss with CAI and open exhaust to thrush 2-1/2 welded mufflers.

It doesn't add 30hp it gives you back the upper rpm power that this engine loses.

It replaces the plastic runners in the UIM and allows air to pulse a little better back and forth. It's a good supporting mod with other modifications.
