Ok guys i am seriously thinking about getting the HV3 from zzperformance.com. So my question here is, is it worth it? I see that with the right mods it will give 30 whp. Also it says that it only takes 30 mins to install, so that caught my eye as well. So any one who has one or is educated on it give me your opinions and feedback.

Worth it? hell yes.
30min install? if you are a professinal. took about 1.5 hours because i really didn't know what i was doing and it did not come with any directions.
30hp gain? only if you have every thing else done to your car that is possible. but there is a noticble gain.

 

I too am going to do the HV3 when I throw my new intake on. I'll give a review when I do it. I just wish it worked with the newest Dorman upgrade intake... oh well.

 

yeah it is very much worth it i did mine in about a half hour to fourty five minutes . i got a pretty noticeable gain in power but i also did a 180 thermostat, 1.0 pcm, 2.5 catless down pipe, at the same time now i was glad i did it when i did cuz when i lifted the stock intake i found out the factory gasket was leaking. i strongly recomend the hv3 you wont be dissapointed!
