What are the best Header's for the 3800 II ?
#13
Thats good your pleased with the ZZP headers. But then again us Turbocharged Monte's have an unusual circumstance in that apparently there are no headers available for our cars... That is unless one wants to spend an ungodly amount of time and money modifying them.. And ZZP power logs are only good to 300 hp. Cartuning has manifolds designed to support in excess of 600 hp. So that is the direction I'm moving thanks to Turbo Monte John's lead...........

TOGS are great
Pacesetters leak BAD
Speed Daddys are good, still have a good deal of leaking issues
I have SSAC headers, about the same price as speed daddy, get better clams and they are pretty much leak free, I love mine. They also don't hang as low on the downpipe like the speed daddy ones do, that was the big difference for me, clearance is huge.

The primaries come near the front fans, and the flexpipe can sometimes develop a tick if you bend it a lot.
