Sounds like a good deal, think I got mine for about $140 from SLP, had to install myself, not too bad, read the directions several times... (they sucked by the way). Think it took me about an hour from hood up to hood down. Removal was more difficult/time consuming then the install.

Hope you enjoy it, like I said if you wanna feel HP or see mpg increases, probably won't happen but the sound to me was worth it.
