Try changing out the stock mufflers, it should be loud after that.

I've had my resonator deleted for more than a yr now since it was rusted so bad & would not pass inspection. So answer false to all 3 of your questions.
I even gained a few HP's

I had my resonator chopped when I got my car no issues with sensors or anything.
