curious to know how easy the HV3 insert is to install.

The online instructions that ZZP links to, I do not like. Wondering if it's doable with regular old tools, and not an extensive amount of knowledge.

Something simple, like the K&N FIPK?

The HV3 is not hard at all to install just take your time doing it. i spent 1.5 hours putting it in and bolting everything back down.

The DP made a huge difference for me but so did the HV3 and plog when i installed them.

Good luck with the installs
