Yes, definitely agree. When you hear them, you KNOW they are there, but the police will never pull you over for them. Yet, they were loud enough to set off a car alarm up close. That's loud enough for me! I had 3" straight pipe, no cat, true dual exhaust with twin Thrush glasspacks on my Z71 with a 350sbc. THAT was loud!! This is nowhere hear that. The WOT sound at about 4500 - 5000 rpm is really nice. Even my wife noticed an improvement in performance too.

I will do the u-bend next, resonator will probably stay. I have the auto ventshade taillight covers from PFYC. I have cut out the horizontal slats and will paint them body-colour before I put them on. Just looking for a good, cheap paint shop!!

More pics to come. MAN, it feels good to be back! I missed you guys (and gals)!

When I do my custom exhaust in the summer I was planning on going with Borla, but after hearing the Dynomax ST'sI'm liking them more and more. My neighbors hate my Flowmasters right now and I know Borla is pretty loud themself. But I'm really starting to like the quieter, deep tone of these Dynomax. How do you think they would sound with res. delete, 2.5" all the way back to them and some 3.5" tips

What year and engine?

If it is supercharged - definately go with the whole downpipe combo.

If standard 3.8 or less then go with ubend delete only.

Mine is a 2005 non-SC 3.8 liter. U-bend delete should be cool, right?

That would be the best way to go.
