Old intake on newer models?

Default Old intake on newer models?
Will older model headers and stuff work on the 06 Monte carlos? The 3.5l engine, specifically. I'm about to sell my soul for something I can do to improve my car beyond stock.

Sometimes you just have to wait for the aftermarket companies to really pick up your engine. Or go the expensive route of custom fabrication.
