Just bought this part, since I messed up the bone yarded TB i was boring out. I am wondering what measures Ill need to go to, in order to make it fit right. The problem is I have a spacer, and I am not sure the opening on the intake manifold is large enough for 65mm. Will I have to bore the manifold and the spacer? What about gasket material, will the RTV gasket maker stuff work?

 

yeah you'll prob need to bore the spacer and the intake manifold. the stock gaskets still might work, but you'll need to cut the hole a little bigger.

what are you doing with your old TB? i call dibs if your gonna get rid of it.
