It's 96 and earlier I believe...

well this was unfortunate. The guy at the muffler shop told me he couldnt do it and still have it where its legal. So I have no choice to follow pheonix design I got a nice magnaflow muffler thats about 18 inches long with an oval case and going to have it built in off the cat to the resonator then the muffler pipped off with a y bend and 2.5 inch piping coming out the back for the straight piped look. ill post a vid when i get my car back.

try a different shop, the one in the video has a flowmaster on it, making it perfectly legal

It wasnt the muffler it was fitting a cat resonator and muffler that couldnt be fit in there. I would of needed the resonator to be taken out.....and for me that wasnt going to happen. When my old exhaust fell appart it broke just before the resonator and that was so crazy loud in the cabin. and drone at highway speeds was deffening. but anyways, sure we could of made it fit with some 180 and 90 degree bends but that would of cost way too much. This shop is also the best around where i live its 5 minute walk from my house, and they are cheap. To do thi full exhaust with me just having to buy the muffler, they are charging 200-250 for piping welding, hanging, buying a new resonator with a 2.5 in/out, and tucking the exhaust sytem in. add that with the price of the magnaflow oval shell muffler i got a steal on that comes to a total of 250-300 dollars.
