Looks like a cheapo parts store filter- just like the Spectre ones that AZ sells and such.
Why not just buy a regular K&N cone? They have a pretty good reputation among racers, and its a pretty good quality filter- plus they have a ton of sizes available.
I've got one on both my GTP and my monte (both are the 9" long, 4" inlet versions) and I've been very happy with both.

i wouldnt go with the metal ones for the fact that the weave wont be as tight as cloth... and the rust factor. i leave on the beach and i know it wouldnt last long. as for the cheeper filters... i have never had an issue with mine. i have even seen in my tuning data that there is no restriction even at top rpm with my cheep filter! $25 vs $50+??? yeah i'll stick with the cheep spectra filters...
