I'm wanting to get some Magnaflows to throw under my 06 SS, but I'm not sure what to do about the resonators. Most people say if you get rid of them, you get the raspy sound that I'm not looking for, but will the mufflers alone be too quiet if I keep everything else stock? I'm not looking to wake up the neighborhood (obviously), but I do want to hear my car when I get on it. Thank for any feedback!

 

delete the res. i did and i still want more sound. its not that loud at all and has a nice deep tone.

 

I ditched mine sooo much better Also have magnaflow cat backs

 

So if I get rid of the res, just throw a straight pipe in it's place? And it's a 2.5 inch pipe there correct? Thanks again for the feedback guys.
